AVCTL All-League Soccer honors were handed out this week. IKE Tigers had many names on the list.

IT Essentials students experienced a hands-on, marketable skill lab on soldering. Students started by learning about safety precautions necessary when working with solder and a soldering iron. Students then learned how to join two wires with solder to create a more permanent electrical union. Keep an eye out for more exciting labs when we target PCB (printed circuit board) component soldering!

🎳 Our Unified Bowling team closed out the season at Regionals earlier today with a 780! They may have missed the top five to move onto State, but their teamwork, effort, and friendships made this season a huge success. So proud of all they accomplished together! 💙

Students from various IKE law classes got to participate in the Youth Engagement Public Service Conference held at WSU. Schools from all over the metro area participated. Students got to meet with law enforcement agencies including WPD, Highway Patrol, K-9 units, WFD & others to learn about the hiring & recruitment process along with meeting local politicians such as Wichita Mayor Lily Wu.
