The remainder of the conference consisted of both keynote and breakout sessions covering a wide variety of topics including: verbal and non-verbal indicators of violence and de-escalation techniques, how to be a better team member, identification training for various weapons and drugs, proper documentation lessons learned, prepping for school bus inspections, how to handle bullying on the school bus and more.
